If you like being close to the ocean, you'll never be closer than our Studio Apartments.
Prevelly Park is Margaret River's favourite playground, and Sea & Soul is right there amongst it. Just over the dunes is the most sheltered and secluded of all the beaches in the Prevelly area and also access to the beachfront walk trail.
We have two adjoining open-plan studio apartments, each with their own entrance, parking and courtyards and each 40 sqm in size.
Both of the studio apartments have a comfortable lounge, TV and video, self-contained kitchen, queen size bed and private ensuite.
They are very clean and bright, and they catch the first of the cooling breezes from the Indian Ocean. They are stylish Mediterranean studios for two people.
The SPA STUDIO has a large bathroom with a large corner spa to give you that champagne feeling.
The DELUXE STUDIO is a great alternative for those wanting to spend that extra money on your favourite bottle of Margaret River wine.
NOTE :We have two Studios so please note the calendar dates will only be blocked when both have been booked
Prevelly Park is a ten minute drive from Margaret River, 15 minutes from some of the best wineries, and 20 minutes from the Karri forest and caves.

Terms and Conditions
Check-in is any time after 2pm on your arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on
departure date.
Late departure can be arranged subject to availability.
The Property will not be used for parties or functions and you are expected as a coiple to keep noise to a considerate level so that others may enjoy their stay.
Any noise complaints may terminate your stay without refund
You as the guest are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during
your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. We may recover from you repair or
replacement cost (at our discretion)
Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over night. If any other
guests stay extra charges apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund
Payment Policy
To secure a booking, a payment of 50% of the grand total is due within 1 day of confirmation of intention to book.
Payment in full is due the week prior to your arrival.

Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager’s sole discretion.
Partial refunds can be given on balance payments if your cancelled dates can be rebooked with another party at a comparable rate. Changing booking dates may be possible if the request is made more than thirty days prior to your booked arrival date.
