IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:

Honor building silent hours between 10PM to 6AM.
Strictly No Noise/No Parties/No Loud Events allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Lost keys will be charged $200.
Lights and Air conditioning to be turned off when away.
No eating/drinking in the bedrooms.
If you wear a fake tan, bring your own sheets. You will be charged for stained sheets.
Report any damages IMMEDIATELY ONCE CHECKED-IN.
Make sure all the dishes are washed when you check-out.

CANCELLATION
Standard cancellation notice of 14 days prior to arrival is required, in order to avoid a no show charge of 1oo% stay + taxes. (Excluding Special Event period/Promotional Rates)
