Payment Policy

All bookings must be accompanied by your credit card number and expiry date,(DEBIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED) and a mobile contact number.
A payment of 100% of the first night will be deducted from your card at the time of booking. This amount is refundable until 9am on the day preceding your arrival upon receipt of cancellation through the Little Hotelier site.
Please note, SPECIAL CONDITIONS apply to EVENT PERIODS and any reservations made through BOOKING.COM

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations or modifications will only be accepted when made through the LITTLE HOTELIER site and are only accepted upon a written response from us and are subject to the conditions below.

- Except during Special Events (see below), your deposit will be refunded for cancellations received through the Little Hotelier site before 9am on the day preceding your first night's stay. Cancellations outside of these guidelines will forfeit the first night's payment/deposit. "No Shows"attract the same fee.

- Special events are a minimum two (2) night stay and include but are not restricted to long weekends, Steamfest, Taste and Aroma festivals, Hunter Valley Vineyard Shows, Groovin The Moo, and Morpeth Bitter and Twisted Festival. A NON-REFUNDABLE payment equal to 100% of your stay is payable at the time of your booking. PREMIUM TARIFFS MAY APPLY TO SUCH EVENTS.
