Terms & Conditions

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

STRICTLY NO SMOKING in any accommodation. Smoking is permitted in designated outside areas away from entrances of buildings.
NO PETS INSIDE - Although we allow dogs at the Bencubbin and Beacon Caravan Parks, there are to be strictly no dogs inside any accommodation. Dogs are permitted to be restrained outside your accommodation, however any mess made by your dog must be cleaned immediately.
CHECK IN & OUT - Check-in opens at 12pm. For the Bencubbin Caravan Park, keys can be collected from the Shire of Mt Marshall Office on Monger Street. For any after-hours arrivals, keys can be collected from the key box, located opposite the entrance doors of the Shire Office. If there are any issues when you arrive, the after-hours phone number is 0427 851 204. For the Beacon Caravan Park, keys can be collected from the key box located on the external wall of your accommodation. If there are any issues when you arrive, please call the Shire Office during business hours on (08) 9685 1202. If there are any issues when you arrive, the after-hours phone number is 0427 851 204. Check-out is at 10am. Please leave keys in your accommodation or return to the keys lock box.
NOISE - Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to check-in. No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
LOST ITEMS: The Shire of Mt Marshall takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from accommodation or vehicles. Any perishables or toiletries that are found in accommodation will be discarded immediately. Any other property handed in to the Shire Office will be held for a maximum of 2 weeks and can be collected from the Office or requested to be posted back to you at your cost. After 2 weeks the items will be disposed of at the Shire’s discretion.

Payment Policy

Payment will be processed after check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before check-in. Please contact the Shire of Mt Marshall on (08) 9685 1202 if you wish to cancel your booking. No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived.
