At the leafy end of Charles St, you’ll find Sporties Hotel, Bar & Kitchen, located in the heart of Launceston’s café precinct.
Perfect for lunch beneath the trees, a pint on the deck, or affordable accommodation, Sporties will offer you a variety of experiences within its classic venue.
In the Bar, we have FOX sports live, 7 days a week, pool table & live music every Friday & Saturday night. Only a short walk from the city centre & the General Hospital with off street parking at the rear of the building.
Upstairs, Sporties Hotel offers guests clean, comfortable accommodation within walking distance from the city centre and local attractions. Sporties Hotel accommodation includes free off street parking and Wi-Fi for all guests. We have 10 rooms available in total - 3 rooms fully ensuited and 7 rooms with separate private bathrooms, all with TVs and Fox Sports channels.

Payment Policy
Full payment is required at time of booking. A Pre-Authorisation of one nights stay will be held on all bookings as a bond for your stay.
Pre-Authorisation Credit Card Swipe
A Pre-authorisation allows for the placement of cardholder funds on hold for a pre-determined time, allowing the option of completing the transaction at a later date. This pre-authorisation will be actioned at check-in: thus authorising management to recover any costs associated with the damage, loss, breakages, incidentals or additional cleaning incurred during the time of your stay. We will make every effort to contact you before debiting any monies from your card.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice to cancel a booking with no charge. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the booking.
