Squire's Vineyard
For Accommodation Only Bookings (not weddings), a complete refund will be provided if you cancel 60+ days of your arrival. If you cancel within 60 days of your stay and we have been unable to re-let the property full payment is retained, a full refund is provided if we re-let the property.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booking cost is payable at the time of booking and this includes the Security Deposit - see below.
The Security Deposit of $1,000 applies to each booking and is fully refundable following check out where there is no damage to the property and the property is left in good condition without the need for excessive cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
For Accommodation Only Bookings (not weddings), a complete refund will be provided if you cancel before 60 days (roughly 2 months) of your arrival. If you cancel within 60 days of your stay and we have been unable to re-let the property full payment is retained, a full refund is provided if we re-let the property.
