Terms & Conditions

***COVID-19***
By providing your personal details, you consent to the business providing, where requested, your contact details to approved Health authorities for the purposes of contact tracing. ALL GUESTS 16 and over are required to complete a Covid registration form for contact tracing purposes on arrival.
The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the operator's premises or service. Where the customer does not meet a vaccination or testing requirement:
(a) prior to departure from the customer’s home location, the customer will forfeit any and all monies paid; or
(b) for entry to the venue or access to the service, the customer will not be granted entry and will forfeit any and all monies paid.
Where the customer cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the customer will be contacted and offered a credit note (to be used at a later time within 12 months), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer.

This will be reviewed on a regular basis as COVID-19 updates are given by Authorities.

Peak Season Rates:
 Wildflower season (Spring) from 15th August to 31st October
 School Holidays
 Public Holiday periods
We have a 3 night minimum stay during Easter and September long weekend periods.

Booking actual room numbers can not be guaranteed, we reserve the right to allocate a booking within any room of the type booked.

Check in time is after 2 pm on day of arrival.
Check out time is by 10 am on day of departure.
Unless prior arrangements are made.

Infants are deemed to be under 2 years old, child rates apply for children 2 to 15 years old with adult rates charged from 16 years old.

Any damage caused will be charged. If excessive cleaning is required on departure of accommodation it will be charged at $50 per hour. All accommodation is NO SMOKING if this is ignored a fee of $200 will be charged.

Pets are not permitted in any of our accommodations, if this is ignored a fee of $200 will be charged.

***SPECIAL - PAY FOR 3 NIGHTS AND STAY 4TH NIGHT FREE***
Currently available 1st February 2021 to 31th March 2021 AND 1st May 2021 to 31st July 2021.
Discount will be applied once the front office receives the booking.
Direct bookings only (no agencies).
Not valid with any other offer.
Booking must be for 4 consecutive nights and is only valid if available.
Accommodation must be of the same type for the duration of stay - no upgrade.
Not available for work / tour or school groups.
Not refundable for cash or credit.
Not transferable to other guests.

Payment Policy

A deposit equal to the first night’s tariff for each unit or site is required to confirm the booking and will be processed once booking is received. The balance of the tariff is payable on arrival. Due to high demand, the balance of the tariff may be required by an earlier date. Extra items or activities must be paid for at time of booking.
EASTER & CHRISTMAS
Payment in full or at least 1 night's tariff is required at time of booking and bookings must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is more than 1 month prior to arrival – a $10.00 fee per unit or site will be charged with the balance of the deposit refunded.
If cancellation is less than 1 month prior to arrival – deposits will be held for use within 6 months from cancellation. If deposits are not used within the 6 month period they will be forfeited.
Early departures are deemed a cancellation at short notice and will not be refunded.
CHRISTMAS & EASTER
If cancellation is more than 30 days prior to arrival – a $10.00 fee per unit or site will be charged with the balance of the deposit refunded.
If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival no date changes or refunds will be made.
