Stonehill Retreat - In Training
Stonehill Retreat is a new and unique luxury two bedroom studio, set on 20 acres of private bushland, just a five minute drive from St Andrews. The recently built premises boasts floor to ceiling windows in each bedroom and lounge area, with stained customised glass throughout, allowing immersion in the beautiful surrounding garden and bush land. Magnificent stained glass window panels designed by local St Andrews artist Rob Haley are an amazing welcoming feature as you first drive into the private garage to the building. A warm and inviting open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area overlooks the natural bushland and property dams. There is a large smart TV for your viewing of the comprehensive DVD collection and Free Wifi. The lounge has a large Jet master fire place that is wonderful to relax in front of with a glass of wine. All rooms are equiped with split system heating and cooling. A central bathroom with all linen, towels, bathrobes and toiletries provided. Main bedroom is equipped with a kings size bed and large wall to wall bookcase filled with reading material and comprehensive DVD collection. The second bedroom is spacious and fitted with a Queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook from the complimentary breakfast hamper provided at your leisure, or if the mood takes you, a visit to the colourful St Andrews Market on a Saturday (open from 6am to 2pm) can provide you with an abundance of flavours including Free Range and Organic produce. A cooked or continental breakfast can also be arranged from your health conscious host Jacqui, by request at additional cost. There is outdoor seating overlooking the dams and bushland in which to enjoy the warmer months and also a bbq on site. A ping pong table is onsite in the retreats private garage for your enjoyment! The owners Blaise and Jacqui have a separate house on the property, where there is a fenced in ground solar heated saltwater swimming pool and a sauna that can be arranged for use. They are also available if you want any help or advise on your holiday. We provide a late checkout of 12 PM on days were there are no following booking on the day of your checkout. Please advise if you would like a late checkout.

Check out by 10am. Late check outs by arrangement only.
All guests will be greeted upon arrival and keys will be made available.
The number of guests staying at the retreat should not exceed the number stated in the booking details, any discrepancies will incur extra charges in accordance with our rate table plus 20% of the final booking charge via the credit card provided as security. Any extra incidentals will also be charged.
Excessive cleaning requirements may attract an additional cleaning fee e.g Barbecue not cleaned with brush supplied, oven not wiped out with oven wipes supplied, all cutlery and crockery not washed and any unreasonable effort to maintain a acceptable level.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not permitted.
No parties or events are permitted, conferences on application only.
The property is rented for holiday use only and no functions are permitted.
Any damage to buildings, fixtures or fittings, equipment, locks or lost keys are to be reported immediately to management. Other than acceptable wear and tear fees may apply. Please note a detailed inventory check before and after guests occupation occurs.
Although all care will be taken, the Operator takes no responsibility for guest’s personal property damaged or lost during
their stay.
All credit cards must be validated with photo identification.
Photo identification will be required to accompany credit card for same day bookings.
A surcharge may apply at Christmas/New Year/Easter long weekends and one night stays.
Your credit card details are held by us for security purposes.
Payment Policy
1. To secure an accommodation booking a minimum Deposit of 50% is required. Balance 7 days prior to arrival.
2. Payment may be made by Master Card, Visa or amex. Direct Deposit available with Credit Card details as Security Deposit.
Please Note: Any and all additional surcharges via credit cards will be charged to the guests.
Photo identification will be required to accompany credit card for same day bookings.
Reservation Balance auto processed 7 Days prior to arrival. Full payment required for Reservations made within 7 Days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: 60+ days of arrival attracts a 0% admin fee.
Cancellation 0-60 days of arrival - 100% of total tariff (unless relet)
