Each villa is self-contained and has a deep double spa bath, a double shower, a heavenly bed, quality white linen and towels, luxurious Aspar spa products and a Nespresso coffee machine.
And, should you want to explore more than your villa, the historic township of Beechworth with its many attractions (museums, elegant shops, cafés, wineries and restaurants) is a mere kilometer away.

Terms & Conditions
Tariffs are for accommodation only and are quoted in AUD$ (inclusive of GST) for 1 couple per villa.
2 night minimum stay applies to Friday-Saturday nights and 3 night minimum stay applies to Easter and Melbourne Cup weekends.
Check in from 3pm. Check out by 11am
Smoking of any sort is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Smokers are asked to close all adjacent doors & windows when smoking outside & ashtrays are to be emptied into the metal bucket provided on the deck. A $300 cleaning fee may be charged if we can smell smoke inside.
Only registered guests are permitted in the accommodation. No parties are permitted on the premises. We reserve the right to expel any guest that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests through noise and behaviour, or causes damage to the buildings. No refund of room rate will be provided.
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for, or deduct from your bond, the cost of any excessive cleaning, repairs or replacement incurred as a result of major breakages, damage, theft or loss of property.
This property is unsuitable for persons under the age of 18, and no pets are allowed.
Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking. The balance is deducted in the week prior to your arrival.
On-line bookings are secured with a credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and bank deposits provided the cleared funds are in the StoneTryst account 24 hours prior to your arrival at the Property.
Cancellation Policy
Any bookings cancelled due to the dates of the booking being included in any Covid legislation will be cancelled without any cancellation fee.
Cancellations with more than 14 days notice incur no cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 7 and 14 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee (being the deposit amount).
Cancellations with less than 7 days notice incur a 100% cancellation fee of the accommodation rate.
We recommend travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of circumstances resulting in cancellation.
