Terms & Conditions

1.0 Check-In/Check-Out
1.1 Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Earlier check-in by arrangement and a fee of $10 per room per hour applies.
1.2 Check-out time is 10:00 am. Later check-out can be arranged and a late check-out fee of $10 per room per hour applies.
1.3 Longer stays are available with discounted rates. Please discuss with management when booking.
1.4 Cleaning Bond of $100 is payable by groups in excess of 6 persons.
2.0 Your Responsibilities
2.1 The tenant shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by tenants or guests and agrees to pay for any damage, breakages or additional cleaning of premises.
2.2 No responsibility whatsoever is taken for the property of the tenant on or near the premises.
2.3 No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the  owner’s control. 
2.4 The property is to be left in a clean and tidy manner.
2.5 Strictly no smoking is permitted inside the rental property. All butts to be disposed of appropriately.
2.6 You must remove all belongings upon vacation. 
2.7 You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys.
3.0 Pets
3.1 Prior approval of pets must be sought from management at time of booking.
3.2 Pet owners are fully responsible for care and clean-up of their animals.
3.3 Pet owners are liable for any damage incurred from their animals and will be charged accordingly.
4.0 Management
4.1 Management reserve the right to access rooms in the property at any time. 
5.0 Emergencies
5.1 If a medical emergency occurs during your stay, immediately dial ‘000’ and follow instructions from operator. After which, management should be made aware of the situation.

Payment Policy

Terms :
1. Breakfast excluded unless booked separately and showing on booking.
2. Payment in full at time of booking when booking online.
3. Payment in full 14 days from date of invoice.

Cancellation Policy

1. For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made five full days prior the to booking's local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time..

2. Cancellations less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation fees for remaining nights will be refunded.

3. If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
