As a part steps of this campaign, we hope for your support by practicing these simple steps that will go a long way in conserving Baguio’s natural resources and cleanliness of the village and cottages.
● Minimize water consumption by turning off the faucet or shower when not in use.
● Turn-off electricity when you are out of the room.
● In line with our commitment to the environment, changes of linens/ towels occur on the third day of your stay.
● Practice garbage segregation by disposing garbage properly.
● During black-out we provide emergency power for the lights, refrigerators and TV sets, please refrain for using hot water showers and fireplaces.
● Please do minimize or tone down any noises that may cause complaints from other guest from 10:00 pm onwards.
● Pets are not allowed inside the cottage unless they have a cage wherein they will stay.
● Smoking inside the cottage is prohibited to avoid foul smell inside the unit and to avoid damages to St Patrick property.

- In case of non-arrival of guest, full amount of this confirmed reservation will be charged against your cash deposit guarantee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and/or changes of this confirmed reservation may be requested without charges on or before 5 days from booking date. Cancellations and/or changes made 72 hours after the confirmation date will be charged 20% of the total amount. Reinstatement of this reservation may be requested subject to St Patrick Village availability. Your cash deposit guarantee may be applied on the reinstated Unit blockings.
