Cancellation policy is 48 hours before arrival. We do take full payment 24 Hours prior to arrival.
If arriving outside arrival time please contact us.
All cancellation have to be made 48 hours before arrival.
If cancelled less than 48 hours or in case of NO SHOW 100% of the ONE Night accommodation will be charged.
This is a Lease Agreement between guest and accommodation provider: As per our accommodation policy, guest must stay minimum 90 days. However, if guest wishes to check out earlier than 90 days, they can do so. Bond not required.
