Just 2.5km from the cafes, restaurants and attractions of Coromandel Town on Preeces Point Road, Studio 531 offers two self-contained studios to rent with stunning sea views in a tranquil setting.
Studio 1 is a fully self-contained one-bedroom cottage with a separate double bedroom, lounge, kitchen and dining area, bathroom, laundry facilities, veranda and off-street parking
Studio 2 is self-contained studio with lounge/bedroom area, kitchen and laundry, bathroom and a private outside bath on the deck and off-street parking.
Each unit comes with a deck, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a lounge area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. Each kitchens has a fridge freezer, oven, toaster and kettle. There is also free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden.
A private beach area is available nearby and hiking can be enjoyed within close proximity of Studio 531.

Política de pagamento
In High season ( Nov 1 to March 31) a 50% deposit if required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due two weeks before date of arrival.
In low season ( April 1 to September 30) a 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking and the remaining 90% is payable one week before arrival.
Studio 531 accepts Visa , bank deposit and Paypal and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Política de cancelamento
The 50% deposit is partially refundable up to two weeks before the date of arrival, minus a 10% service fee. There is no refund for a cancellation less than two weeks before the date of arrival without consultation with the owner. We accept bank transfers, Visa, PayPal and cash.
The cancellation period is the same as high season.
