Property Information
Sunflowers Animal Farm and Farmstay features an interactive hands-on farm animal display with over 350 very friendly farm animals and some native animals such as kangaroos and emus. We are open to the public every day except Christmas Day, from 9am to 5pm. Overnight guests receive unlimited free entry to the Animal Farm and each child staying here receives a free bucket of animal food every morning and every afternoon. Small children who stay here can ride a pony every morning. All our guests can join in on the tractor rides, held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons. We also have an extensive DVD library which guests can borrow for free.

East is a 1 bedroom unit which sleeps up to 7 people and has a fantastic view overlooking the valley and the odd mob of wild kangaroos. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and 2 sets of bunks in the kitchen/dining room, one of which is a double bed on the bottom. East has a separate living room and reverse cycle airconditioning.

Terms & Conditions
We charge a minimum of $30 if washing dishes and/or excess cleaning is required once you have departed. Any damage caused must be paid for by the guest.
Payment Policy
The 1st night, or 50% of the total (whichever is greater), is due as a deposit within 48 hours of making the booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $100 per unit applies to cancellations made 14 days or more prior to checkin. Otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
