Sunset Marina Holiday Homes include 2 separate dwellings, both fully self-contained and recently renovated with every amenity including a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, looking over the Fremantle Sailing Club:

1 x HOME 2 storeys: 2 Queen bedrooms (4 people inclusive) with 1 bathroom. Ground and lower ground floors.
Sunset Marina Home will comfortably fit up to 4 people across 2 Queen rooms with access to 2 levels downstairs including Kitchen, bathroom, living area & laundry. Externally it offers a beach bathroom with toilet and shower and a large patio/balcony area.

Note: Penalties apply for any additional guests above inclusive 4 allowed.

1 x STUDIO Apartment (1st floor): Sunset Marina Studio is furnished with a queen bed, bathroom with shower, full gourmet kitchen, washing machine/dryer, TV with ocean views from the comfortable balcony.

Terms & Conditions

I agree to the following Terms and conditions of Sunset Marina Holiday Homes (SMHH):
I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred during my stay and all charges will be paid in full prior to departure.
There is NO SMOKING in any SMHH homes and I acknowledge that a $300 fine exists if I break this condition of entry and I will be responsible for any excess cleaning charges and/or losses resulting from my stay, which will be my sole responsibly and will be charged to me in full. I am solely responsible for any activities, and damages which may be caused by my guests. No pets are allowed on premises. No illegal activities will be undertaken by myself or my guests while on the premises.
Note: Penalties apply for any additional guests above inclusive 4 allowed.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall SMHH or their agents, representatives or licensors be liable to you for any loss or injury or any damages, either direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, consequential or otherwise (including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost savings) resulting from or in any way connected to the site or these terms & conditions, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Terms & Conditions of Stay: You (our guest) agree that you will pay to us (the Operator) the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise us that you have departed from our Homes. You agree that any charges for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check into SMHH and identification must be supplied prior to check-in.
You agree that checkout time is 10am on the date shown for your departure unless we agree to another time in writing. You agree departure after that time may incur additional room charges. You agree that we may apply a charge if your required check-in time requires us to keep the room empty on the previous day.
You agree to advise us of any change in the number of persons using the accommodation and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration. You agree to remain personally liable to pay any amounts outstanding or due on departure unless prior settlement arrangements have been accepted by us. If the settlement arrangements have not been met within 30 days of departure you agree to pay the total amount due on the receipt of our invoice. You agree to pay any loss or damage to any room or equipment in the room during your period of use. You agree to be responsible for any loss or damage to common areas in the Homes and such may be claimed against your Credit Card supplied. You agree to return the key for the room at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge for replacement of keys you lose or fail to return same. You agree any monies, valuables or goods, brought into the room, grounds or carpark remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping. You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damages or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred. You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws and there are no such laws, which apply to your stay. We grant you license to stay in our Homes and you agree that we may terminate the license at any time without giving a reason. You agree we may use your email address to send you information.
Special Notice for Guests: SMHH has a strict NO PARTY OR EVENT and/or no gathering policy which is enforced at all times. This allows SMHH the right to refuse and/or evict any guest who does not abide by this policy.
Privacy Policy: We adhere to the National Privacy Principle relating to the collection of personal information. All information collected from you on registration is required either to meet the requirements of the State legislation regarding the maintenance of a guest register, for fire safety reasons, for billing purposes and to market our services to you. We will not make this information available to any third party without your prior consent except where required by law or to enforce our collection of amounts owing by you. You must advise us if any details on this registration card are incorrect. All this data will be retained for the minimum length of time to comply with taxation and accounting requirements (usually seven years). Any personal data is accessible only to authorized personnel of the Operator. A charge will be levied if a copy of this paper registration card is required after six months from your departure. Copies (other than electronic data) are not available after two years. We will not knowingly permit any misuse of this data. We will adhere to our Industry Association standards for use of any personal information.

Payment Policy

• All prices are quoted in AUD per room per night
• Prices are subject to availability & can change without notification due to fluctuations in charges and currency.
• Guarantee Policy: Guarantee with a credit card is required at time of making a booking via SMHH's website.
• FULL PAYMENT is required on booking.
• NO refund if cancellation notice is less than 7 days prior to Premium Periods i.e.: Easter, Xmas Holidays (1 Dec -30 Jan); Public holiday weekends or Special Event Periods.
• General Payment Policy: A credit card MUST be recorded at time of booking. Please note, if you are settling your account with any credit card a 1.5% credit card transaction may apply.

Cancellation Policy

• OFF-PEAK SEASONS: FREE Cancellation if notification is given in writing 7 days prior to check-in. Notice of cancellation of bookings within the 7-day period incurs a 50% penalty.
• PEAK SEASON: FREE Cancellation if notification is given in writing 7 days prior to check-in. Notice of cancellation of bookings within the 7-day period incurs a 50% penalty.
• Any booking must be cancelled in writing to avoid cancellation fee. No-shows are subject to a FULL cancellation fee, per above. A no-show is a guest who does not check-in on the night their booking is reserved for. Any refunded fees (at the Manager’s discretion) will incur a $20 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 7 days prior to check in date, any cancellation received after this time are non-refundable.
