Check in Time is at 14.00 and check out time is at 11.00
Any booking amendments should be made at least 14 days prior to arrival in Low Season and 30 Days prior to arrival in High Season.
Payment Policy
50% deposit required. The card may be charged at anytime prior to arrival and the balance due will be charged upon departure.
Cancellation Policy
High Season Period (July, August, September, Christmas and New Year):
- Cancellation made up to 30 days prior to arrival. No charge will incur.
- Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival. 50% from the total booking value will be charged.
- No Show. 100% from the total booking value will be charged.
- In the event of Early Check Out. 100% from the total value of cancelled night(s) will be charged.
Low Season Period:
- Cancellation made to 14 days prior to arrival. No charge will apply
- Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival. 50% from the total booking value will be charged.
- No Show. 100% from the total booking value will be charged.
- In the event of Early Check Out 100% from the total value of cancelled night(s) will be charged.
