Payment of your deposit - or tariff total - constitutes your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please refer to our website - Terms and conditions page - for further details
Check in: 1.00pm /Check out: 10.00am. For outside of these times please contact Tantarra.
Maximum of two people per room.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation - with the balance payable on the day of arrival.
Deposits are payable via credit card - [MasterCard or Visa accepted]
Cancellation Policy
*All Cancellations must be in writing.
*Cancellations up until 48hrs prior to arrival will be given a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
*Cancellations less than 48hrs prior to arrival - 100% of the total of the reserved accommodation is payable.
*Failure to "show" incurs a fee of 100% of total tariff.
*If you change your plans and leave before the specified departure date you will forfeit your total payment. The booked accommodation is held in good faith for the number of nights requested and other inquiries will have been declined
