Available for your use the property has accommodation of eight rooms. The Team of The Beach House will ensure your stay is a memorable success, whether it be a large gathering of friends, a small conference, corporate retreat or any special interest group.

Terms & Conditions
I / we agree to pay for all accommodation charges, telephone charges, extra cleaning charges, damage or missing items relating to our stay. Any overdue accounts will impose an Interest rate charge of 2% per month and all collection fees / costs incurred will be payable by the guest. Any personal belongings left here and not collected within 12 weeks, will be disposed of accordingly. Our property is non smoking; any guests found to have smoked in the rooms will incur a specialist cleaning fee.Our property does not allow pets to access the accommodation, any guests arriving with pets to stay in the accommodation will be asked not to access and the full charge of the accommodation will still apply. Our property is not suitable for children under 14 years old.
Any visitors after 10.00pm will be charged to your room for the nights stay.
Any extra requirements (e.g. beach towels, blankets for rooms, hairdryers) please ask management.
Check out time is 10.00am. The ferry timetable to coincide with this is the 9:45am ferry operated by Kawau Cruises and your ferry costs can be included in your total booking with us.
Please return keys to reception on check out. Unreturned keys are charged to your account at a cost of $50.00. Cancellations made during your stay, forfeit the full accommodation costs. Payment for accommodation and all extra items may be taken from your account on the night before checkout.
Payment Policy
Bookings made online are at the advertised special rate.
Please note: A deposit may be taken at the time of your booking or authorization applied to your credit card and the balance of your stay paid on your departure. Payment for accommodation and all extra items may be taken from your account on the night before checkout. Your credit card details will be held on file and may be used as per our cancellation policy or in the event of no show. The guest must produce photo ID at time of check-in that matches the guest name on the booking confirmation form.
All rates are quoted in NZ dollars on a per night basis and include 15% GST. All accounts must be settled directly with The Beach House in New Zealand currency.
Rates do not apply to conferences, conventions or special events for which contracted rates and special terms and conditions are available on request.
The Beach House reserves the right to amend or cancel any reservation that has been processed due to website or software error. The guest will be notified as soon as possible in the event of such an error.

Cancellation Policy
Up to 30 Days prior to arrival - no charge.
30 - 14 days prior to arrival 60% total value of booking.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival 100% total value or booking.
Travel insurance advised to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy: We remain flexible for bookings cancelled due to Covid-19. In the event that the NZ Government would lift the Level Alert to 3 or 4 during the time of your booking and this will prevent you from coming to The Beach House, then a no charge cancellation policy will apply.
