If any items are damaged or broken during your visit it would be gratefully appreciated if you could inform us so we can arrange for the repair or replacement of such items. We reserve the right to charge guest/visitors for any damage that occurs that we consider being over and above normal wear and tear. If your suite has been left in an unacceptable condition you will charged a minimum fee of $80 for cleaning, If your room has to be closed due to damage caused by you, or your guests, you will be charged the full room rate for the number of days it is closed, and cannot be rented out.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations notified more than 7 days prior to arrival day will be entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellations notified within 7 days will forfeit all monies.
• Failure to arrive will be treated as a No Show and no refund will be given.
• We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to cancellation, illness, injury, death, loss of luggage etc.
• All cancellations are to be in writing via email.
