* 100% of your stay is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Your reservation is fully refundable within 48 hours of the time of your booking. Thereafter cancellations are fully refundable within 30 days of your arrival date.
* If your stay is cancelled due to a Covid-19 lockdown, we can either offer you a new date or a credit voucher
* For the month of October 2021, we are offering fully refundable rates on special midweek bookings as advertised
*Regretfully The Oyster Inn does not have our own private parking. We do have ample street parking at the rear of our building which is free overnight. Please call us if you wish to learn about the all-day free parking a short walk from us.
*Breakfast is served from 9:00 am until 10.30 am. Family and friends of our guests can join you for breakfast at a cost of $25 per person (T&C apply)
*Check-in from 2 pm to 8 pm. Please contact us 72 hours in advance to let us know if you need to arrive outside these times.
*Check out is at 11 am

Cancellation Policy
The Oyster Inn is a very small hotel therefore we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
*We agree to a full refund within 48 hours of your booking.
*Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
* If your stay is cancelled due to a Covid-19 lockdown, we can either offer you a new date or a credit voucher
*If a cancellation fee applies, it will be charged to the credit card number supplied to confirm your reservation.
* In the event of a cancellation within our notice periods where penalties apply, we will do our best to on sell the room. If successful, we will offer an accommodation voucher to the value of the penalties applied.
