A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is to be paid to secure a booking. Payments can be made via internet banking, credit card or cheque. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Office Hours - 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday
Check In - From 2pm to 6pm.
If check in is required outside office hours, please contact The Abbey direct on 5156 6580 to arrange access to your room.
Payment Policy
Online Bookings - The credit card you have provided at this time secures your booking. Your card will be charged on departure and/or upon request, a receipt will be issued.
By completing your booking at this time, you agree to be personally liable for all accommodation costs charged to your room and for any loss or damage incurred during your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 48 hours notice for a full refund.
Less than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund less 25% administration fee.
