The Bischoff Hotel
The Bischoff Hotel is a unique Heritage Building located in the Historic tin mining town of Waratah Tasmania. We offer a range of accomodation to suit a variety of needs. Feel yourself stepping back in time with the eclectic mix of styles and eras on display. From 100 year old pressed tin ceilings, antique features, retros 80's carpet, and a collection of weird and wonderful relics, tribute to the many stories and memories contained within the walls. Within the township the Hotel is perfectly situated to capture the stunning views of Waratah's wild and natural beauty, overlooking the iconic waterfall which runs centrally through the town. Old world charm providing a relaxed, comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We are at the Gateway to Cradle Mountain National Park and the heart of the Tarkine Wilderness. Terms & Conditions
• Check-in time is between 3pm -8pm. Outside of these times will need to be arranged prior to your arrival.
• Check-Out by 10am.
• Late departure or early Check-in is subject to prior arrangement depending on availability and extra charges may apply.
• Any outstanding balance must be payed upon Check-in.
• Upon Check-out, keys must be left in door rooms or returned to management.
• Lost or un-returned keys will incur a replacement charge.
SMOKING
• Our rooms are all non-smoking for the comfort of all our guests. Please use the guest smoking area in the back carpark or in the bar smoking area during opening hours. Please dispose of your litter appropriately.
• Smoking in guest rooms will incur a $200 fee.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• You must comply with all applicable House Rules and all instructions from Management concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property, our other guests and our community.
• You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify management of any damage immediately and you may be required to cover associated repair or replacement cost.
• Should the cleaning requirements be more than the usual, extra cleaning charges may apply.
• Only the number of guests agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property overnight. Any additional guests will result in extra charges or the booking agreement may be terminated without refund.
• Smoking in guest rooms will incur a $200 fee.
Payment Policy
•To confirm a reservation a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required.
•A credit card and ID, must be provided on arrival.
• Full payment must be finalised prior to arrival or upon Check-in.
•Total amounts are inclusive of GST.
For EFT Payment please include Invoice number as reference. Please see BSB and Account Number on the bottom of this invoice.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• If you wish to vary or cancel your booking, please contact us on 03 6435 0614 or at info@bischoffhotel.com.au. Variations will be subject to availability and at the discretion of Management.
• Variations which reduce the number of nights and/or guests will be treated as a cancellation of those bookings and their respective charges.
