Terms & Conditions
• All rates are in Philippine Pesos.
• Standard check in time is 4pm and check out time is 2pm. Requests for early check-in and late check-out can be made at the Front Desk (subject to room availability). Charges may apply if they are available.
• CORKAGE FEE WILL APPLY.
• Kids 7yrs old. And below are free of charge. (Maximum of 2 kids per room only).
• At check-in, you must produce a valid ID with a photo or a passport as well as your booking confirmation and Vaccination Card if any.
• Reservation can be modified and subject for room availability.
• Rebooking Policy: Room rate(s) may be subject to change based on current prices at the time of your revised arrival date (s).
OUR RESORT IS PET-FRIENDLY:
• There is a limit of two pets per room (1kg-20kg and 1 pet per room if 20kgs and above)
• A Pet Fee of Php300.00/pet is required for special cleaning of the rooms.
•UPDATED Anti-Rabies Vaccine are required to allow entry in the resort.
•Pets Booklet is required upon arrival.
• Pets are not permitted to be kept alone in bedrooms.
• Pets must be kept on a leash while on resort grounds.
• It is the guests' responsibility to clean up after their dogs.
• If damage is discovered in the room after check-out, additional fines may apply.
• Please be aware that if your pet causes a disturbance to other resorts guests, the management will be forced to refuse your pet further accommodations.
Payment Policy
• All reservation is NON REFUNDABLE and is subject for rebooking only.
• The Nature Bliss Resort reserves the right to ask for a 50% down payment upon confirming the booking.
• A security deposit of P1, 000.00 per room will be needed. If the deposit is not used or consumed, it will be refunded in full at check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
• Settlement upon check in is required using the following methods:
(a) At the front desk with cash
(b) Through an online payment link provided by the Reservations staff.
Cancellation Policy
-Up to 7 days prior to arrival, you may cancel and rebook your reservation without charge. If you cancel 24hr before your arrival, your reservation fee will be forfeited.
-Failure to arrive at the Resort 12hrs after the arrival schedule is considered as NO-SHOW.
COVID-19 RISK CANCELLATIONS
-If COVID-19-related government rules hinder free circulation or travel opportunities, and you are forced to cancel your reservation, you will be entitled for unlimited rebooking.
