Terms & Conditions
Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am. As we are a small motel we are unable to offer an early check-in.
Please respect our neighbours and other guests and keep noise to a minimum. Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated after 10.00pm. The Chalet has a “No Party” policy. We reserve the right to request people who are making too much noise at any time of the day or night to leave. No refunds will be applicable.
Pets: Dogs are welcome with prior approval for certain rooms. A pet fee of $30 / stay will be charged. Please advise in the comments box should you wish to bring your pet.
Payment Policy
All reservations require valid credit card details.
NON PEAK PERIODS
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay 48 hours prior to your arrival.
PEAK PERIODS
Full payment is required 7 days prior to your arrival.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Full payment is required 30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy
NON-PEAK BOOKINGS:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation charge.
PEAK BOOKINGS
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Peak Periods are: Bluesfest, Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival, Easter, All Long Weekends and all School Holidays.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Changes or cancellations are not allowed within 30 days of check-in.
