Smoking — The Crown & Anchor Hotel is a non smoking property. Installed smoke alarms are highly sensitive and connect to the NSW Fire Brigade. It is also imperative bathroom exhaust fans are used whilst creating steam in bathrooms. Failure to do so can activate fire alarms via smoke detector. Setting off a false alarm WILL incur a $1800 fire brigade call out charge & room deodorising fee of $200.
Entering & Exciting the Accommodation please only enter the accommodation through the Perkins Street entrance. There is strictly no admittance to the bar area on any level from the accommodation stairwell.
• Check out time is 10.30am on day of departure.
Payment Policy
Payment must be made upon arrival.
Plus $100 Security Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. You'll be charged the first night if you cancel in the 5 days before arrival. (Times quoted are from the hotel’s time zone (AEDT) )
