The Florance is happy to accommodate guests over the age of 12.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, all rooms are non smoking and we have a no party policy.
Incorrect credit card details will potentially void your booking.
Payment Policy
Full payment will be processed 2 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made before this time incur an administration fee of 20% of the total booking amount.
