A $200 or 50% deposit is required on booking and the remainder is required on the day of arrival.
- We accept Visa, Mastercards and cash only.
- We reserve the right to request bonds at any time.
- No pets on site (or to be left in cars)
- We have a strict policy on noise and rowdy behaviour and expect all guests to respect the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Failure to respect this will result in
you being asked to leave without refund.
- Please let us know if you would like to check in earlier than 2pm or later than 6pm.
- The accommodation is to be left in a reasonable state on departure. If this is not the case and a longer than normal cleaning time is required then an additional
cleaning charge will apply.
Payment Policy
- A 50% deposit is required on booking and the remainder is required on the day of arrival.
- We accept Visa, Mastercards and Debit cards.
- We reserve the right to request bonds at any time.
- Direct deposit payments can be made for bookings 1 week prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
