Check-out time: 10 am
If needing to check-in after 8 pm - Please call us in advance to arrange key collection.
CHILDREN will be free up to 12 months old, thereafter the normal child rate applies at $25 per person per night. ALL CHILDREN over 12 months of age must be added to your booking.
Cots & Highchairs available on request (For Two Bedroom Villas only)- (to be reserved at time of booking - Limited Numbers).
Call us on (08) 88 232 137 if needing 3 or more villas, otherwise your bookings may be revoked by management.
Strictly NO PETS allowed in complex.
NO SMOKING IN ANY VILLAS - If villa has been smoked in or smells of smoke, an extra cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.
Boat Parking limited - please advise size
Cancellation Policy
*Cancellation within 14 days of date of arrival : NO REFUND.
*Cancellation more than 14 days from arrival date : Full Refund is at the discretion of management.
