Manly Beach which is a northern beach suburb of Sydney is a short ferry ride across Sydney Harbour to the heart of the city. We offer a range of fully furnished and equipped air conditioned studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, some pet friendly apartments with kitchens and ensuite bathrooms. Manly's Hidden Gem has beautiful native gardens featuring many colourful birds that feed on the nectar. MHG is only a flat walk to the ocean beach front and ferry terminal. Restaurants, cafes, designer shops are all located minutes away. All apartments are different but have FREE WIFI in the apartments and on the common area.

We cater to families, seniors, guests travelling with pets and/or business/tourist travellers requiring short or long stays. Pet apartments are specifically for guests travelling with a pet/s and additional fees do apply.

There is a 'No Smoking' policy within the apartments, however, guests may smoke outside in the yard/courtyard areas.

COVID-19 POLICY: Manly's Hidden Gem will maintain the following requirements for "EVERYONE" who wishes to stay at our boutique hotel, as per the current Government regulations. 1) YOU MUST BE DOUBLE VACCINATED 2) YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF THE DOUBLE VACCINATION, PRIOR TO ARRIVAL 3) YOU MUST WEAR A MASK ON THE COMMON PROPERTY, HALLWAYS AND ANY COMMUNAL AREAS 4) WE MAY REQUEST A COVID TEST 4 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

This is a no party boutique hotel, noise should be kept to a minimum. Smoking is only allowed in the garden area. Pets only allowed in our Pet Friendly Apartments, if you bring a pet into any other apartment not specified for pet stay a cleaning fee of $100 plus the pet charge will apply.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT POLICY:

TO CONFIRM the reservation your credit card will be charged the full amount - all reservations are either Flexible or Non refundable, bookings booked direct with us can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, however, bookings booked with a 3rd party their conditions apply.

PRE AUTHORITY:
A pre authority charge will be placed on your credit card (no debit cards) prior to arrival and/or upon arrival for any damage, loss of keys, unpaid account , pet cleaning fee if applicable. You will be required to provide drivers license/passport and credit card matching the name on the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling 7 days prior to arrival incurs full payment. Reservations for the 16th December to 15th January each year, long weekends, holiday period, festival, easter/school holidays no refunds if booked via a 3rd party, change of date can be applied if booked directly with us less an admin fee or % deducted from your payment as per below - please discuss with staff.

NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU CHECK IN, OR DEPART PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK OUT DATE, OR NO SHOWS..
