Terms & Conditions
1. The number of guests not to exceed number of guests booked (as documented in your confirmation letter). Please notify Sonya if you need to make changes to your booking.
2. Beds are prepared for the number of guests staying.
3. Small amount of household detergent, small soaps and shampoos.
4. Free wifi
5. Check-in time is 2 pm and check out is 10 am. Early arrival and late departure times can be arranged (when possible) with prior arrangement. A fee of $20/hour applies.
6. No pets allowed
7. No smoking
8. Credit card details are kept securely on file to cover incidentals and/or property damage/loss, no charges are made without the guests' consent.
Payment Policy
50% charged at time of reservation
Remainder charged 14 days prior to arrival. Your card will be used for these payments.
If you book within the 14 day days of your arrival you will be charged 50% when booking, the second charge will be added within 48 hours.
In the event of a late payment, a fee of $10/day will be charged for every day over the due date. We will notify you before a late fee is charged.
A 2% surcharge applies to Amex payments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
3% cancellation fee after booking.
50% cancellation fee 8 weeks before arrival, 100% cancellation fee 14 days before arrival.
We highly recommend travel insurance.
Covid -19 :
If you cannot travel because of government travel restrictions, we can either move your stay to another time, issue a voucher for travel within 2 years.
