Set on a 5-acre property, you will enjoy the quiet and peaceful setting. Surrounded by wineries and with spectacular views to the Stirling Range, it gives couples or families a cosy and private chalet from which to discover the delights of the Great Southern region.
The self-contained 2 bedroom chalet offers seclusion and privacy, set within a 5 acre property with avocado orchard and gardens.
The Castle Rock Granite Skywalk in Porongurup National Park is on the doorstep and Castle Rock Estate winery is right next door.

Featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Quality linen is provided.
During the winter months, you will enjoy the warmth of the wood fire and electric blankets, whilst reverse cycle air conditioning keeps you comfortable in summer.
The main living area of the chalet is comfortable and cosy, yet with high raked ceiling there is a sense of space, complete with large windows and French doors allowing in plenty of natural light and stunning views. There is a TV, DVD player, CD player, Bluetooth speaker and a selection of movies, music, board games and a great selection of books.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, ready to enjoy in the open plan dining/living area, or on the verandah with a glass of your favourite local wine.
max. 5 people with a rollaway bed / portacot. Charges apply.

Minimum stay 2 nights.
Long weekends and school holidays 3 night minimum.
Outdoor supervision of children is recommended as we are a working property and normal farm hazards exist.

Check in and Check out Times
The check in time is 2.00 pm and check out is by 10.00 am (unless otherwise arranged with the owner). We would be grateful if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival.
Please ensure all keys are returned on departure.
Smoking Policy
The Chalet is strictly non-smoking. All guest rooms and living spaces are non-smoking.
Minimum Age Requirements
In order to make a reservation and check in to our property you must be at least 18 years of age.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the chalet, with the exception of registered service animals.
Deposit and Payments
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to stay.
We accept payment by direct bank deposit, VISA and MasterCard.
Confirmation of booking confirms consent to charge remainder of accommodation charges within 30 days of your arrival.
If the booking is less than 30 days away, then full payment is required at time of booking.
Property Cancellation Policy
Changes made to your booking may be charged an administration fee of $30 and is subject to availability.
If cancelled 30-60 days before arrival – 50% of the total amount will be forfeited.
If cancelled 0-30 days before arrival – 100% of the total amount will be forfeited.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Additional terms due to COVID-19:
If Government restrictions due to COVID-19 make it impossible for you to travel or stay at our accommodation, then we can make alternative arrangements with you for:
A) new dates for a future stay (different rates may apply), or
B) a voucher for a future stay, for the value paid by the guest
C) a full refund of any prepayment/deposit.
