The Summit 1770
This is a unique opportunity to holiday with your dogs in gorgeous Agnes Water on the Discovery Coast. You can choose to stay in your own pet-friendly private cottage or within the eco park on a powered or unpowered site. There is plenty of space to exercise your four-legged friends. Excellent facilities to leave your dog(s) for the day while you go and explore the adjacent Natural Parks.
Cottages are situated high up on a hill, overlooking Agnes Water and the Ocean. Tranquil and secluded, yet only 2 minutes from the town centre, this property has all you need for a relaxing holiday with your furry friends. Wake up to beautiful sunrises from your own private deck, spend the day exploring the Agnes area and walking our golden beaches. View stunning sunsets or sit by the fire pit gazing up at the stars at night. Each cottage features 1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and a private deck. Guests with well behaved dogs are welcome to leave their dogs off the lead. Dogs are allowed inside cottages, however, we do ask you to keep them off the furniture. A great idea is to bring your own dog blanket or bed with you from home, to help settle in your dog.
Our Eco Park is situated at the front of the property with 10 spacious powered sites with concrete slab, 240 power and rain water feed tap connections. There is 5 grassed unpowered sites suitable for tents or self-sufficient rigs. Our newly built Amenities block is modern & well appointed, with a communal kitchen, outdoor dining area and a fire pit to have those sunset drinks with friends. There is a large fenced dog run, a small fenced dog run and multiple places to tether your dog, if you decide to leave your dog at the property for the day. Lots of open areas for the dogs to have a great time.
Cottages only have free WiFi. Eco Park no Wifi capabilities at the moment. Please note Vodafone coverage is not good in the area.

Self-contained Rigs:
- Management would greatly appreciate you filling up your rig’s water tanks prior to checking in. Free town water can be obtained at the Council Dump station located on the left just before the Town of 1770.
Conserve Water:
-Property only supplies rain water and is to be use minimal
Site Allocation:
- Call us to book your site and tell us your type of rig, caravan or motor home so we can assign the best site for you.
Price Changes:
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note bookings made in advance of three (3) months may incur a price change. If a price change has occurred, the difference will need to be paid at check in.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made online on our website via our preferred payment gateway using a credit card and other payment options as facilitated by the provider. Payments are only refundable under the conditions set-out here within.
To secure your reservation we require you to pay the total cost of your stay at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking up to two weeks prior the check-in date and we will refund you the amount paid less a 5% deduction of non-refundable administration fees.
If you cancel your booking up to 5 days prior the check-in date we will only refund you the amount paid less 1 nights accommodation fee.
