Security Bond:
A $500 Security Bond is required for all bookings. The Security Bond amount is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival into our bank account. The Security Bond is refunded to you within 14 working days following your departure after an inspection is complete. Charges may apply but are not limited to breakages or damage incurred during your stay or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning.
Usage of the property:
The Terrace Apartment is to be used for holiday accommodation only. We have a strict no party policy. It is not to be used to hold a party, group gathering, wedding ceremony, wedding reception or any other function including business or commercial use.

Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total tariff is required within 48 hours of making a booking. Should your deposit not be paid by this time, the booking will automatically be cancelled. This deposit can be made by bank transfer only. The balance of your accommodation is due 14 days prior to your arrival and can be made via bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
For all bookings, if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply:
Up to 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in time: $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from any monies which you have already paid.
Within 14 days of your scheduled check-in time: a 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay the full amount of your booking.
