Terms & Conditions

Credit card details are required at time of booking. Credit card may be charged 48 hrs prior to arrival.
We take Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos.
Credit card and I.D must be presented at time of check-in.
Smoking : This is a non smoking property. Smoking is only allowed at front of property in accordance with NSW Health laws.
Smoking in rooms or just outside rooms, will incur a $150 charge.
Extra charges may be charged for incidentals.
NO PETS allowed : Fumigation/deep clean fee of $300 will be charged for pets smuggled into rooms

Check-in: 2.00pm
Check-out: 10.00am

Lost keys and after hours room lockouts will incur a $80 fee for each incident.
Guests use the motel facilities and any equipment at their own risk.
Guests use car park at their own risk. Management is not responsible for personal items left in cars or rooms.
If fire alarms are activated as a result of smoking, negligence or misuse of property, a call out fee of $750 may be charged.

Management has access to your room at all times, at your convenience, for cleaning, maintenance and/or emergencies.
Quiet times are 10pm to 7am. Access to rooms for paying guests only.

Late or early check-in available upon request at the time of booking.
Early check in - before 2pm and no earlier than 12 mid day - extra $50.00 per room, not always available
Early check in - from 10am onward - $80 per room, not always available.
If late check-out is requested a fee of $50 maybe charged, depending on check-out time.
If late check-out is not requested at time of booking Full room rate will be charged for check-out after 10.30am.
All bookings are to be settled on arrival with cash or credit card. Credit card details are held for the duration of the stay for security purposes.
Guests are responsible for any fees, charges or other expenses incurred in relation to breakages, loss or damage, additional cleaning, repairs or replacement items, accommodation and other service fees.

Payment Policy

Credit Card is a booking requirement.
Eftpos or Cash payment is accepted and must be arranged prior to check-in.
Credit card and I.D must be presented at time of check-in in all instances.

Bookings through booking sites like booking.com, expedia etc, where customer provides their own credit card, the credit card will be charged upon receipt of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Out side School Holidays and public holidays :
Cancellations require 48 hours notice.
If booking is cancelled later than 48 hrs prior to check-in full accommodation rate will be charged.
No refund available for early check-out.

School holidays and public holidays require 7 days notice. If booking is cancelled later than 7 days prior to check-in full accommodation rate will be charged.

No refund available for early check-out.
Cutting short stay, or early departure - full cost of booking will be charged.

For group bookings, (4 rooms or more), Cancellation period is 7 days notice prior to check in date (12 midday). If booking is cancelled later than 7 days prior to check-in full accommodation rate will be charged. No refund available for early check-out.

School holidays, public holidays and bank holidays have 7 days cancellation.
