Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to stay with Tiandi Wildlife Sanctuary Farmstay. Your accommodation is a whole house Country Cottage, complete with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate laundry, and large bedroom. By booking and staying with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. You agree that upon arrival you will read our In-House Manuel to familiarise yourself with the workings of the Cottage and correct operation of features such as the Fireplace.
2. Self-Check-in: Check-in time is strictly from 2pm on wards. The Keys to your accommodation will be available at the entrance door of the Cottage.
3. Self-Check-out: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30AM on the day of departure. Keys are to be left on the kitchen benchtop upon leaving.
4. Damages, Breakages and Lost Keys: Please take care with our accommodation facilities. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the Cottage including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused you are responsible for the full cost of replacement or repair. The costs will be taken from the credit card used to secure the booking or pay for the stay. This also applies to anything that goes missing from the Cottage during your stay. Keys lost will incur a $10 charge for a replacement.
5. Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.
6. Parking: We provide free parking at the rear of the Cottage for our guests.
7. Internet Access: We provide free Wifi throughout the Cottage FOR ADULT USE ONLY. We are on satellite broadband, and therefore very limited in data usage. The internet is for the convenience of our Guests to check their emails and social media. IT IS NOT FOR CHILDREN TO SIT ON ALL DAY WASTING DATA. It is to be used sparingly, and the password is not to be given to children under the age of 18 years.
8. No Smoking: There is to be no smoking inside the Cottage accommodation. Smoking outside of the Cottage is permitted. Should you be found to be smoking in the Cottage, a charge of $100 will be made to your credit card to cover the extra cleaning of furnishings and fabrics.
9. Pets: No pets or animals are permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.
10. You accept full responsibility for any interaction with farm animals and wildlife (both wild, released and in care) and any outcomes that may occur as a result of any interaction with these animals. We are not responsible nor do we accept any liability for any injury that may occur during your stay.
11. Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Payment Policy
All bookings attract a booking deposit equal to the first nights stay. This deposit must be made at the time of the booking to secure reservation.
The remaining balance will be automatically deducted from the credit card used for the deposit, 24 hours prior to check-in.
Bookings taken within 48 hours of arrival must be paid in full at the time of the booking and have no cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of a booking being made will have their deposit refunded.
Bookings cancelled after 24 hours of making that booking have a non-refundable deposit.
Our cancellation policy for bookings less than five days is that any cancellations should be given 7 days notice prior to the stay and will incur a fee equal to one nights stay. For any booking over five days, it will incur the equivalent to two nights stay, less the deposit paid.
