Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the hotel in advance.

Charge for extra guests not registered - $200 p.p. per night. Using unregistered extra beds, linen and cleaning fees may be applied.
- Bikes are not allowed in bedroom. Secure push bike storage is available, please organise with staff by 8pm
- Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guests responsibility during their stay.
- Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00.
- Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited. Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Bond is payable and will be refunded within 7 days in full subject to the above conditions being met.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who in contradiction of our house policies.
Payment Policy
Payment will be required 48 hours prior arrival and non-refundable.
Credit Card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Cash or direct transfer are accepted. In case of any damage caused or smoke in room, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with in 48hrs prior to arrival date are non-refundable in all cases.
