Terms & Conditions

All bookings are to be settled on arrival with cash or credit card. Credit card details are held for the duration of the stay for security purposes.
Guests are responsible for any fees, charges or other expenses incurred in relation to breakages, loss or damage, additional cleaning, repairs or replacement items, accommodation and other service fees.
Lost keys and after hours room lockouts will incur a $50 fee for each incident.
Guests and their invitees use the resort facilities and equipment at their own risk.
If fire alarms are activated as a result of smoking, negligence or misuse of property, a call out fee of $750 may be charged.
Guests use car park at their own risk. Management is not responsible for personal items left in cars or rooms.
Management has access to your room at all times, at your convenience, for cleaning, maintenance and/or emergencies.
The Timbertown Resort Motel has a “no party” policy. Loud noise will not be tolerated and will incur an after hours call out fee.
Pets are not permitted within the resort without prior approval
Smoking is not permitted within 4m to the entrance of any motel rooms, corridors or dining areas.
Check out is by 10 am.
We endeavour to meet all reasonable guest requirements, however refunds are not applicable for early departure.

Payment Policy

All bookings are to be paid for prior to or on arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made. For intended late arrivals prior payment is to be made to enable room keys to be made available in our secure after hours key box.

Cancellation Policy

We are aware that life happens and therefore under normal circumstances will not charge a cancellation fee if advised of a booking cancellation. However if bookings are made via an Online Travel Agent eg Booking.com, Expedia, then you are required to make cancellations and booking changes via them.
