COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES include premium 5 seater car, airport meet and greet, luggage transfer to and from airport, fresh flowers and fruit bowl upon arrival, weekly linen change and servicing (additional linen and servicing upon request), pre-arrival grocery/drinks shopping, 1/2 day island orientation tour, massage and babysitting bookings, beach towels, umbrella and kid's gear, fishing gear, esky and drinks cooler and picnic basket.
Tintoela also arranges catered lunches and dinners and additional car rental and upgrades at additional cost.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% required to secure a booking, with the balance due 30 days in advance of your stay.
Children under 7 years old stay free of charge if sleeping on existing bedding.
Payment Policy
We accept direct deposit into our bank account, or payments via debit and credit card (MasterCard and Visa only).
Cancellation Policy
Up to 30 days prior to arrival and the 30% deposit will be charged.
Within 30 days of arrival and 100% percent of the tariff will be charged.
COVID-19 affected bookings:
Guests affected by COVID-19 related travel restrictions may defer their reservation up to one year from their original booking date. No change fee will be charged. If a reservation is cancelled rather than deferred,100% of the tariff will be charged.
