Online reservations require authorization of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation. Cancellations up to seven days before the booked date incur no fee. After this time a charge may be incurred (see cancellation/refund policy).

Cancellations up to seven days before the booked date incur no fee. There will be a twenty five dollar charge for all cancelled bookings on the intended day of the stay. We reserve the right that during peak season cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked period. Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations and special events.
