To guarantee the reservation, we require a valid credit card to be held against the reservation. The reservation tariff is payable upon check in.
You may cancel free of charge up to seven (7) days prior to the reservation. Less than seven (7) days notice attracts a payment consisting of your accommodation tariff.
As the safety & wellbeing of our guess and staff are our utmost priority, we are required to ask the following question prior to your check in:
To the best of your knowledge, is it possible that you are carrying the Novel Coronavirus or have you had contact in the last 14 days with someone who is or may be? If the answer to either of these questions is yes, please let us know as soon as possible.
Check in time is from 2 p.m. and rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. Alternative arrangements may be negotiated subject to availability.
Payment Policy
Tariffs quoted are for a couple, and are inclusive of GST. Tariffs may change at any time, and should be checked when booking. Once a booking has been confirmed with payment of a deposit for the cost of the first night, the tariff is fixed. Special deals and packages are only available when advertised and can be withdrawn at any time. Please check before booking.
Credit cards acceptable are Visa and Mastercard,1.5% surcharge is applied.
Cancellation Policy
We understand emergencies arise, please discuss with our team the option of rescheduling.
Refunds for cancelled bookings are available up to 7 days prior to the booking date. Thereafter a cancellation will attract the full rate.
