Terms & Conditions

Credit Card details are held on file to secure your booking. No charges are debited until arrival. At this time you may instead elect to pay by Eftpos or Cash.

However if you have not provided credit card details when making the booking then we require the payment of 1 nights accommodation charge as a deposit within 3 working days by either cheque or bank deposit to secure the booking.

Please note : Should we not have received the required payment by the due date then your booking will be cancelled.

Please note : Any damage caused or missing items in the unit will be the registered guest's responsibility. The cost of replacements or repair will be charged for accordingly.

Payment Policy

Please note that payment by Credit Card will attract a service charge of 3.5%

All charge accounts are payable within 7 days of invoice.Please direct credit bank a/c BNZ 02-0404-0302590-000

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hrs or more prior to your scheduled arrival will incur no charge and a full refund will be made of any amounts paid.
Cancellations made after this time will result in the amount of one nights accommodation being charged.
