Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation you agree to our Terms and Conditions and policies. These Terms and Conditions and policies can be found on your booking confirmation or on our website at www.forbesmotel.net.au.
-NO PARTY POLICY, Guests are required to keep noise levels at a minimum after 9pm. Any visitors are require to leave the premises before 9pm and should not exceed two people at one time. Please have visitors park in the visitor carpark and report at reception upon arrival.
-Credit card details will be held as security and may be used for charges arising out of a guest stay.
-Smoking in rooms is not allowed and will incur a $300 per night charge.
-Pets in rooms are not allowed and will incur a $300 per night charge.
-Late checkout is charged at $20.00 per hour.
-Extra guests staying in rooms will be charged at $20.00 per person and must report to reception. Undeclared extra guests in rooms will be charged at up to $50.00 per person.
-Lost, stolen, damage or excessive cleaning to rooms or any other property will be charged at our discretion an amount to cover all our costs.
Payment Policy
-The total cost will be payable at time of booking and may be deducted from your credit card.
-If payment is made using a visa debit card a $300.00 security payment will be required at time of check-in.
-A 3% surcharge applies to AMEX payments.

Cancellation Policy
When booked direct with the hotel a minimum of 24 hours (2pm the day prior to arrival) or 30 days during peak periods, notice is required by this property for cancellations or changes.
When booked through a online travel agent, please refer to the travel agents website or contact the agent directly, do not contact the hotel. Under no circumstance will the policy be waived.
Cancellations, changes or 'No Show' made outside of the cancellation window forfeit the full amount of the cancelled booking.
Peak periods are defined as periods that we are expected to be fully booked. This may be at any time during the year including but not limited to school holidays, public holiday weekends, local events and festivals. For peak period dates please contact us directly on (02) 6852 3444.
