CHECK IN:
*Guaranteed Check-In time is from 14:00 pm daily. If you are planning to arrive prior to this time we would be more than happy to check you in earlier if your room is available prior. Alternatively we will be able to store your luggage for you until your room is available for check-in.
*Please note our reception hours are from 09:00 am until 09:00 pm Daily. If you are planning to arrive after 09:00 pm to check into the property, please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can advise you of the after hours check-in procedure. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation to advise your estimated time of arrival.

*Upon check-in at the property you will be required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation in order to cover any incidental charges. Upon departure your room will be inspected and the credit card pre-authorisation will be automatically released back into your account if no damage has been incurred.
*Guests are also required to show photo identification upon arrival which must match the name the reservation was made under.

*Please note that check-out time is 10:00 am. If you would like to request a late check-out, please do let us know and we will try to assist as best as possible. *Please note that all requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply

Payment Policy

Full payment of each reservation is taken at the time of making your reservation. Please note if your booking is not processed due to inadequate funds it will be cancelled immediately.

All prices are in AUD and include GST. All payments are to be finalised prior to or on arrival to the motel. We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express (3% surcharge) and cash only.

Bank transfer is only available with approval from management. Non approved payments will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Please note cancellation policies vary depending on the tariff type you have booked. We recommend you read the terms & conditions prior to booking as there may be no cancellations, modifications or amendments allowed to your reservation.

*For guests wishing to make a reservation on a 'Flexi Rate': Bookings may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hrs prior to your scheduled date of arrival at the property without penalty. If a booking is cancelled or amended within 48 hrs or the scheduled arrival date the full reservation amount

*For guests making a reservation on a 'Saver Rate': Please note bookings made on this special rate are non-refundable and non-amendable. Cancellations will incur a penalty of the total cost of the reservation.

A reservation made directly with the Torquay Tropicana Motel can be cancelled directly with the Motel provided it is within the cancellation period.

A reservation made through a Third Party Agent must be cancelled ie. Booking.com, Expedia. Must be cancelled with the Third Party Agent.

Cancellation requests MUST be made via email.
