Extra cleaning or excess damage may be charged to your credit card.
Regulations prohibit cooking in motel rooms, excluding the units that have cooking facilities. We ask that guests utilize the 2 BBQ areas for any cooking.
PETS - Our motel is unable to accommodate any pets.
NO PARTY POLICY - This policy is to ensure that all our guests will enjoy their stay without being inconvenienced . Any guest failing to comply with this policy may be asked to leave without refund.
NOISE - zero tolerance after 9.45 pm. Consideration to all guest and neighbors ,if failing to comply with this rule you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
Payment Policy
Pre booking online or by phone, deposit required on peak season or for group bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
