Terms & Conditions
1. Check in is from 2.00pm and check out by 10.00am. Late departure by prior arrangement only, otherwise there is a charge of $30 per hour.
2. Due to the COVID situation we are a no contact check-in at present so your key and directions to your cottage will be in an envelope in the green letterbox next to reception door. If you have any questions please feel free to call on (02) 4998 7311
3. You are responsible for any damages, theft, breakages and loss of property during your stay. You must notify management immediately. Management may recover repair and/or replacement costs.
4. All items taken to another cabin must be returned to the right cabin or a $50 fee will be charged.
5. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside. Evidence of indoor smoking will incur a $150 fee.
6. All rubbish must be put into the bins provided. An extra bin is located outside the cottage as well as a crate for bottles.
7. You are responsible for leaving your cottage reasonably clean and tidy. Extra cleaning charges $40 may be incurred for the extra cleaning of dirty dishes, stove, oven, fridge and microwave etc..
8. You are responsible for leaving your BBQ reasonably clean. Extra cleaning charge of $40 may be incurred for the extra cleaning.
8. All linen and towels are provided. For longer stays replacements are available on request.
9. If you have any issues during your stay please inform management immediately so that is can be rectified as soon as possible.
Payment Policy
All booking will be charged to your nominated credit card 5 days prior to your arrival for 100% of the booking value
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Following are the cancellation conditions for periods before your booking date, if the cottage booked cannot be re-let to the same value;
- Within 7 days prior, 50% of booking value will be invoiced and charged to credit card provided
- No Show or cancellation on due day of arrival - entire booking value will be invoiced and charged to credit card provided.
All cancellation conditions still apply when a valid credit card no. is
held as security.
