Thank you for choosing to stay at Two Tree Lodge in Marlborough.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Covid 19 Response DOUBLE VACCINATION IS REQUIRED AT THIS MOTEL

When New Zealand moves into the Covid Traffic Light framework on 03.12.2021 we will be requiring your MY VACCINE PASS to be sent as part of your booking in process for all guests who are staying (children are exempt).

We do not take anyone who has not be cleared of MIQ for over 3 days with negative Covid second test results required.

Covid 19 - A Delta Outbreak questions to be responded to at prior to your arrival.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Two Tree Lodge for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Two Tree Lodge or that of its employees or agents.

6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Two Tree Lodge and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Two Tree Lodge arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

7. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

8. Governing Law
This website is controlled by Two Tree Lodge located in New Zealand. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of New Zealand, by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of New Zealand, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this Website and the purchase of any products or services through this Website.

Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the regional or national courts located in New Zealand. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

9. Motet room damage policy
Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
10. We do not have provision to charge electric cars, this is strictly forbidden with hefty fines. We are happy to advise local charging sites

INTERNET USE
Free Wifi is provided for all guests.  This policy is a guide to the acceptable use of the Two Tree Lodge Guest Wireless network facilities and services.  Any individual connected to the Guest Wireless Network in order to use it directly or to connect to any other network(s), must comply with this policy, the stated purposes and Acceptable Use policies of any other network(s) or host(s) used, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.  Two Tree Lodge makes no representations or warranties concerning the availability or security of the Guest Wireless Network, and all use is provided on an as-is basis. By using the Guest Wireless Network you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Two Tree Lodge for any losses or damages that may result from your use of the Guest Wireless Network.  Two Tree Lodge takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content uploaded, shared, transmitted, or downloaded by you or any third party, or for anything you may encounter or any data that may be lost or compromised while connected to the Guest Wireless Network. Two Tree Lodge reserves the right to disconnect any user at any time and for any reason. The Guest Wireless Network is provided as a courtesy to allow our guests access to the internet.  Inappropriate use of the Guest Wireless Network is not permitted, the includes viewing or downloading objectionable material. This policy does not enumerate all possible inappropriate uses but rather presents some guidelines (listed below) that Two Tree Lodge  may at any time use to make a determination that a particular use is inappropriate:

Users must respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others.

Users must respect the integrity of our network and any other public or private computing and network systems.

Use of the Guest Wireless Network for malicious, fraudulent, or misrepresentative purposes is prohibited.

The Guest Wireless Network may not be used in a manner that precludes or hampers other users access to the Guest Wireless Network or other any other networks.

Nothing may be installed or used that modifies, disrupts, or interferes in any way with service for any user, host, or network.

The internet may not be used for the download or viewing or any illegal or objectionable material.

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSED, Two Tree Lodge EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Payment Policy

Credit Card Surcharge

Please note:
We apply a 1.95% surcharge to payments make using a credit card which is inline with our cost of acceptance.

We do not surcharge for online payments or debit cards or direct payment from a non credit card account.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than one weeks notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.

If you have booked via a booking engine, Booking.com, Expedia or their subsidies you must contact them to cancel your booking. Please do this prior to 10 days before the date of your intended stay.
