Terms & Conditions
1. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
2. Animals are not allowed onto the site, with the exception of registered support animals.
3. Full pre-payment of the accommodation is required at the time of booking.
4. Cleaning - If, due to the state in which the facilities are left, extra time is required for cleaning, additional cleaning charges will apply.
5. Fires - No fires are to be lit by guests. Please take care when using the toaster within your rooms as excess smoke and burning can cause costly fire brigade call out fees.
6. Fire-Fighting Equipment - Fire extinguishers and hoses are located around the venue. These are not to be tampered with or removed (penalties apply).
7. Flora & Fauna must not be disturbed so the natural beauty of the site can be preserved.
8. Goods & Services Tax - Our rates do not include GST under section 38-250 of A New Tax System (Goods & Services Tax) Act 1999.
9. Illegal Substances are not permitted on site.
10. Incidentals - All incidental charges are the responsibility of the guest staying in the accommodation room and must be settled upon departure.
11. Noise - In consideration of residents and other groups who may also be using the venue, noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
12. Personal Property - The venue takes no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property.
13. Property Damage and Loss - All breakages and losses of the venue’s property or equipment are to be reported immediately to venue staff. The cost of repair/replacement will be invoiced to the customer.
14. Room Allocation - Management reserves the right to change room allocation without prior notice.
15. Smoking - Smoking is not permitted within any of the buildings and only permitted outdoors in designated areas. Please make sure all butts are extinguished and placed in ash trays provided. Extra cleaning fees may be applicable.
16. Check In - Check in time is from 2.00pm onwards. If arriving after hours, please contact the Guest Relations Officer to confirm the after hour key collection procedure.
17. Check Out - Check out time is 10.00am. Your bedroom key can be left in the key return box in Yurora House outside the Duty Supervisor’s room. Please update Terms and Conditions
Payment Policy
Full pre-payment of accommodation is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
* More than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one (1) night's accommodation.
* Seven (7) days or less than the arrival date above will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of accommodation
