Registered guests of legal age who choose to bring their own alcoholic beverages must consume those in their room. Alcohol is not allowed in public areas
+ NO parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting.
+ Access to our WiFi is FREE for our registered guests. The condotel WiFi access code is subject to change without notice. WiFi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room’s location, the status of our WiFi-equipment, and interference from other local wireless signals.
+ Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.
Payment Policy
PAYMENT:
+ Full payment is required to confirm and secure the reservation
+ If no payment was made within 24hrs, we will release the booked room, unless the guest contacted us and will make payment arrangements at a specific time
+ The Hotel has the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card transaction has been declined.
+ Payment can be done through bank transfer to our Hotel's BPI account or can be paid directly before check-in

Cancellation Policy
+ Booking modifications are not allowed.
+ Booking revisions must be arranged through our Reservations/front desk team
+ Room rate(s) is/are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates during new travel date(s)
+ Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 7 days and up will be charged 1 Night, Cancellation below 7days prior to check-in will be charged 50%.
+ No Show: Guest who does not arrive within twelve (12) hours of the check-in date and time of the Hotel will be charged the total amount of room reservation.
+ During peak season and holidays, all reservations are required to be guaranteed. Our reservations team will request for prepayment via Bank Deposit at least 7 days prior to check-in in order to guarantee the reservation.
Dynamics Condotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of failure to submit prepayment, credit card authorization form, or bank deposit slip prior to the deadline.
