Terms & Conditions

St. Valentines Apartments ("SV" (ABN 28 000 354 638) ) shall not be responsible for the loss damage or destruction of any personal property pf any description including any motor vehicle brought onto the premises of SV by any guest or her or his invitee..
Guests and invitees of guests shall act in a manner conducive to the safety, convenience, comfort and sense of security of other guests and tenants of the SV Apartment building. Noisy offensive or unruly behaviour, damage or destruction of SV Apartments property or behaviour of such manner as to give reasonable fears to the management of the SV Apartments that such damage or destruction may take place shall constitute a breach of the terms of the occupation license granted herein and entitle the management of SV Apartments to terminate the occupation license immediately and forcibly eject the guest and guest's or guests' invitees immediately as well as prevent further access to the premises by such persons. In additon improper or unseemly conduct or any act acts omission or omissions as in the reasonable opinion of the manager of the SV Apartments facility is likely to lead to the making of complaints to any local or police authority committed by any guest or ilnvitee shall similarly lead to the entitlement of the manager to terminate the occupation license, forcily eject and prevent from admittance such guest and her or his invitees.
Any guest stay shall not create the relationship of landlord and tenant between the guest and the property and merely create a license terminable at the management's option. The guest shall not overstay past the booked check out time and the owner shall be entiled to enter upon the premises and eject the overstayer in such case.
Any stays in excess of the period previously arranged before the stay commenced shall be chargeable at the highest daily rate charged for any day during the previously arranged guest stay period unless otherwise agreed between the guest and the owner of the premises.
The guest shall be liable to pay total cost of all damage done to the premises by the guest or the guest's invitees during the guest stay and the guest will make available to the premises' owner all details necessary to enforce payment against the guest. Such damage to include the cost of reinstatement of the premises or the liability of the owner of the premises to other parties whose guest bookings are unable to be honoured during any overstay period.

Payment Policy

St Valentines Apartments (ABN 28 000 354 638) requires 50% Payment by EFT or Credit Card on reservation; and 100% payment prior to cmmencement of stay; PROVIDED THAT Iin the discretin of management payment by EFT may be required; alternatively if your booking agent or channel has allowed payment by instalments such arrangements shall be honoured by the property. Payments may be made by credit card together with a 1% surcharge or 2% in the event of American Express; in the event of payment by EFT to account Valentines Restaurant Pty. LImited BSB 012 356 Account 4770 98017.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the day on which the stay commences; in the case of bookings of for over 3 weeks stay no refunds available for cancellations made less than 7 days' before the day the stay commeces (subject to any inconsistent specific conditions imposed on the booking by agreement with us or through Onlne Travel Agency).
