Terms & Conditions

Standard House Rules

Important Reminders:
1. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM: early check-in 200/hr. (max. of 5 hrs. only and subject to availability)

2, Check-out 12:00 pm only: late check-out 200/hr. (max. of 5 hrs. only and subject to availability )

3. All guests must submit a valid ID upon check-in, NO Valid ID NO Entry.
Local Guest: Any Government-issued ID
Foreign Guest: Passport with the stamp of Immigration of the Philippines

4. Security deposit: Php 2,000 in cash will be collected upon check-in and shall be refunded upon check-out after room clearance.

5. NO extension of stay without prior arrangement. For extension of stay, please advise the Front Desk a day ahead of time. Approval depends on room availability.

6. Strictly NO SMOKING & NO ILLEGAL DRUGS.
Smoking inside the room is not allowed to avoid fire, to preserve the quality and cleanliness of our rooms. It may also trigger the fire alarm located in your room.
Penalty Charges:
Smoking Guest- Every violation guest must pay Php2,000.00
Use of illegal drugs –security deposit will be forfeited in full (imprisonment)

7. Maximum of 2 people is allowed inside the room.

8. Do not leave any valuable items inside the room. The management will not be responsible for any loss or damages to your personal belongings.
A safe box with the Vault key is free of use upon request.

9. NO washing of Versailles Stay linen or towel items, the security deposit will be forfeited in full.

10. Use of Washing machine, Electric stove, Hair Dryer, and Iron with Board is free of use upon request, (subject to availability).

11. No pets allowed.

12. Lost, damaged items, and stained linens will be charged accordingly.

13. Parking Slot is subject to availability. Versailles Stay is not connected with One Central Parking.
Parking Fee - Php250.00 per night from 1:30pm - 1:00pm (the next day); Additional Php20.00 per succeeding hour (subject to availability).
Parking Security deposit: Php 1,500 in cash this will be collected upon check-in and refundable upon checkout.

Please let us know your estimated time of housekeeping/room make-up. This will only serve as a guide for our room attendant, please be advised that we will put our best foot forward to meet your desired time of cleaning.
AVAILABLE from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday and Friday.
DISCLAIMER:
- Versailles Stay is neither a hotel nor a condominium name;
- Our residential condo units with perfectly design rooms branded as “Versailles Stay”, provides flexible and affordable accommodations for short term to long term stays.
- Please be reminded that pay parking inside the building is beyond Versailles Stay management control and we cannot guarantee an available slot upon move-in. (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS).
- The main lobby at the One Central is the residential reception of the building and not connected with Versailles Stay. However, Versailles stay has its own lobby and reception area on the ground floor.
- All concerns must be directly reported to Versailles Stay Lobby and not to the One Central lobby.
- The emergency generators of the building are not like hotel emergency generators. Ours is designed only to provide emergency power to the building fire alarm system, common area lighting (building hallways, a few amenities, lobby and parking garage), one elevator; 1 socket, and light per unit.

Amenity Access: ALL AMENITIES ARE OPEN, HOWEVER CAN USE BY SCHEDULE.
Outdoor Pool: Open Tuesday - Sunday from 6 o'clock in the morning until 10 o’clock in the evening.
Closed every Monday for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
Fitness Center; Garden Area; Playground: Open daily from 6 o'clock in the morning until 10 o’clock in the evening.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool has no Lifeguard on duty. Bringing of food and/or drinks in breakable containers within the pool area is prohibited. Poolside furniture is allotted on a “first-come, first-served” basis and will not be reserved. You may bring Versailles Stay provided towels, do not leave the towels in the pool area, any lost towels will be charged to the guest's account. The Property Management Group reserves, within discretion, the right to close or limit its use to give way on schedule preventive maintenance, special event(s), or at any time due to weather disturbances, operational difficulties, and if deemed not safe to use.

Cancellation Policy for Walk-in and Direct Guest only:
Cancel booking 7 days prior to check-in date: 100% refundable
Cancel booking 6-5 days prior to check-in date: 80% refundable
Cancel booking 4-3 days prior to check-in date: 50% refundable
Cancel booking 1-2 days prior to check-in date: Non-refundable
*Cancellation during the stay is Non-refundable

Payment Policy

Payment must be settled within 48 hours after booking.
We highly encourage guest to settle payment via bank transfer/ credit or debit card before check-in date to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your reservation the booking fee is non-refundable. The booking fee, first night or price of the accommodation may still be charged depending on the policy of the hotel that you agreed to at the time of making the reservation.

You may also be charged additional fees according to the following schedule:
